Returns
You may request a return if:
✔ The product is damaged
✔ The wrong item was received
✔ The item is unused and in original packaging
Please note: we dont return products based on disliking.
Return requests must be made within 25 -30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used cosmetics
• Opened skincare products
• Items marked as final sale
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned.
Refunds
After inspection:
• Approved refunds are processed within 25-30 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
